Here in Greenwich it’s pouring. Sucks to be watching, let alone running! Good luck to anyone involved.

A person that I know who did the marathon last year would prefer rain as it keeps you cool.
I ran the marathon today - the rain at the start sucked. Had to throw away a perfectly good hoodie as I didn’t take a bin liner to wear to the start to keep the rain off as I was certain it was going to be fine and sunny - lesson learned for next time though!
Still, 3hr 45m running every step of the way for my first marathon aint too bad.
Apparently there was a bloke from the army running with a fridge on his back – big respect….nutter!
Well done. That’s a brilliant time. 
ran yesterday as well, it’s an absolute killer, massive respect to the peeps who do it year on year, as one of the “fun” runners the crowds to keep you moving

I saw him aswell, good effort. Yeah weather was great once the initial rain had stopped. So glad its over 
i ran yesterday as well, , walking a bit slowly today ! was great though, really enjoyed it.
