J has got his XR6 up-n-running!:w00t: He’s so unhappy about it, instead of going in to work yesterday morning, he phucked-off to Finchingfield!:cool:

The Riot on the other hand is now in bits:( The rear wheel is off cause a puncture. The tyre valve needs attion in the f/wheel. When I tried to adjust the pressures at Brands Hatch undoing the valve cap let the air out!

The f/forks are off the bike too. They’re waiting to go to www.allbikeengineering.co.uk to get the dent in the forks repaired. The zorst is in bits to get Mad-Dogs baffle out…

Can’t you get another set of forks off ebay or something?

Yeah, I will try that if this dont work. The trouble is, The Riot, like me is a mongrel! :blush:

The bike is…mainly, an XR600. The f/forks and wheels are from the orange side. Dont tell the orange brigade that tho! Changing the f/fork would mean that the yokes and wheel spacers and the f/brake calliper hanger changing/machining!!!

Hence Im looking to repair. I’m told that the internal are in go nick too:cool:

Flipped the GSXR today doing a wheelie so thats probably not coming out to play.More than Likely I’ll bring the SV - Although I’ve got a Honda I haven’t ridden yet…Not Quite an XR… & it is Orange…

Well TER, I’m sure whatever you bring you’ll make the most of it. Both wheel on the ground at all times. Rigidly stuck to the speed limits etc…:cool:
