I’m currently getting my sisters mountain bike back to some sort of roadworthy status & for starters I’ve found out that the bike needs some news forks. 26" wheel variety.
So, has anyone got anything gathering dust in a shed they want shot of?
It’s a pretty cheap & chearful bike so I’m not after anything top of the range.
Could also do with some brakes, seat post & bars. So if you have a old bike I could take the whole thing as a donor. Anyway, drop me a line if you have anything. Work in Blackfriars/Southwark, live near Watford.

Aw, man, I’ve just hidden all my bike bits away into longer-term storage (well, on Sunday). Lemme know if you get desperate and I’ll have a look. Don’t think I’ve got any wheels any more, but the rest I’ve likely got a close approximation to.
What size seatpost? They go up in increments of .2mm so it might just be easier to say what the frame is.
The wheels look ok, just need to regrease the bearings.
I can’t remember the make of the frame, it’s one of those cheapie ones like Apollo, Probike or Universal, so it’s not going to be anything out of the ordinary…seatpost wise.

got some forks on the non-suspension and with the old screw thread bit at the top if ya want em, stem there as well.
also got a bag of bits and some brake bits there too.

I have a pair of 03 Marzocchi MX comps if you like? you need to find out if the steerer tube on the bike is 1" or 1+1/8" though.
hi m8i have a set of bars and stem to go with it cos there fat bit in middle, although these are as new, ish though so say £10 for em.
might be intersted in these m8, i have 1 1/8 stem.
have old rst’s on at mo so if get yours some1 can hve me rst’s, lol.
