Was after a K&N , but while we are on the subject , does anybody know which filters give the best performance increase. K&N or Pipercross? Or what are the the pro’s and cons between the two?
They are both washable and reusable, both probably offer slightly less restriction to air flow than the stock filter and both will probably allow more noise out of ther air box.
I use K&N because it’s washable and I like the induction noise but I doubt either will offer any more power in real terms, not enough to feel the difference. Modern air filters fitted by the manufacturers are very efficient.
