Looking for something to insure to keep my no claims building up while I save for a new bike - aslong as its got a log book thats all Im interested in, not bothered if it runs or not or if its just a frame! Just need something to insure

how about just buying a frame from feebay,for a hong dung or similar, will be peanuts to buy.
