Clip ons for 49mm forks wanted…
Preferably adjustable but any above 48mm high will be considered.
And I dont want to spend mega bucks… 
I have few 636 ones that 50mm and also r1 that is 50mm also…
I found a few 50mm ones that I like/fit the budget etc etc etc… But they dont have the locking pin/ its not located in the correct place… so I need 49mm so I know there TIGHT!

I have clip ons from other bikes also…
Could uou not get a 50mm and just put a sleeve in it to pack it out and make ot tight?

i think the thunderrace is 49mm there is a video on youtube of the danmoto clip ons on a thunderace and he made a shim for it to fit the 50mm clipons
Not sure, but it seems so much hassle I might just stick to what are on it…

How do you make 49’s fit 50’s by adding a shim? surely youd have to grind it down?

he said the forks are 48 or 49mm the clip ons he got are 50mm so made a shim to make the fork size out to fit the larger clip ons
