Need to get on the road since passing my CBT last July.
Idea had been to pass Direct Access afterwards, but failed Mod 1 twice.
So idea is to ride a 125cc for a couple of months and then try and go back to do my test. If I take it on 500cc (bike school will supply) then I am good to go, but if I fail intention is to do test on 125cc get Mod 2 out the way and then ride a restricted bike for 2 years.
Looking for a bike anywhere close to GU15, Surrey Camberley area.

Bad luck on the tests I failed both my mod 1 and mod 2 the first time… and I had a 125 to practice on … I can’t remember ever being as scared as I was when I sat my tests the nerves are a killer…
what kinda budget do you have is a good starting point and I am sure some of the guys will have a suggestion or 2

I’m looking at doing my mod 1 & mod 2 myself but a few good bikes depending on your budget to learn off of is probably either the Honda CG 125 (which is mostly used with CBT’s), Honda XL Vadaero 125 or the Honda CBR 125, i’ve got the CBR myself & they are comfortable to ride & easy to look after as well,

Not quite close but Dev Has a CBR125 for sale, and I think Mr-C has a CG125 coming up for sale if you want to PM them.
Odd no one has mentioned the Honda CBF125.If you want something with cool styling like a CBR125 but at a much more attractive price then take a look at the CBF125.
I recently sold my CBF125. Great bike! Deeply missed.
