Oh we have had such fun tonight !, sometimes understood, othertimes waving and shouting manically . To be fair you really have to be sure the mic is secure and approx 30mm from your mouth, that is the main issue.
The ptt switch is awkward as on my bike it ends up 2 near the indicator switch, but needs more experimentation. If you take time as we will to route the cables, prob stitching onto the helmet lining, it could be ok.
we will prob use it as a training aid for me to give vic basic commands.
If the vox works we will use it for more in depth 2 way comms but have yet to try this…so far good in quiet envirionments but may get better with some fine tuning. … over and out.
so do they work acorss differnt brands?
I still don’t really understand all this talking to each other over the bikes stuff, i’m more than happy to be in my own little world, without having anyone shouting things down my ear whilst i’m out on my bike.
