I used to pass a Z750 on way to work,parked on street no locks,its been replaced with a sportsbike with chain on frontwheel,not attached to anything,still parked on the road. Why am i worried for this owner???

Starting to think that some people have either not got a clue or are just plain stupid.

My bike does the same outside of my work… hasn’t gone “walkies” yet… 
Mine’s the one on the left (the older one… ) so I gather it is safe with the newer model to the right of it !

Why ? I never actually understood why people block out plates, I just do it due to a bit of paranoia (not sure what from… ) but surely anyone passing by my bike can write down the plate or not ?
