Perhaps the finish and fastenings quality will go up on the bikes if they do end up owning it.
They already have close to a controlling interest and certainly already have a significant interest, so can really affect board decisions now… from Bloomberg reports and some other digging, it does seem to be more of a joint venture than an apparent takeover with stakebuilding action, so if there were to be any union, I suspect this would be on a merger basis, rather than a takeover as such (friendly or hostile).
