Well today Virve had her first visit to Hospital after the accident, yep I know two weeks longer than should have been.
They took the 30 staples out and the wound were the bone broke through the skin is healing nicely.
They haven’t put a cast back on so it’s now 4-6 weeks of starting to put weight on the leg and physio starting soon.
Best bit is she can scratch when it itches.

It’s all feeling a little sore and uncomfortable at the moment but I’m sure it will be feeling better in a couple of days with the aid of a few co-codamol :D:D
I’m hoping that in a week or so I can drag her up to BM for the evening.

Don’t you play the itch game, its like eating doughnuts and not licking your lips, get an itch and see how long you can last without scratching it…will power and loads of it, but the relief after is awesome:D
