He saw a chap, all dressed in black, incl black lid, on a brown Vespa with ‘L’ plates get clipped from behind and knocked down at a miniroundabout on Evelyn St. The car driver, car is a Toyota Rav, stopped and admitted liability. The Vespa had some damage and the rider was saying he is ok apart a sore shoulder. If anyone knows the chap and he needs a witness, pm niteowl please.
