Hey All

I passed in December 2008, bought a Yamaha FZ6 last month, all in black and shes gorgeous.

I’m from north london which helps, the only bad thing is I dnt really know any nice country roads to ride my baby. Also shes new so have to ride her in for the first 600 miles, any suggestions as to where to go???

As to good roads,just head North in to Herts or West Essex,there are good roads all over,look at a map and just go.I still do it after 28 years of riding!!

I recently drove to mersea as im in colchester at the university, and thinking about it on the bike is a must do route.

I sometimes ride that way.

Out to Ipswich to see family so instead of using the boring A12, I do North London, M11 to A414 to Chemsford, then backroads, Maldon, Tolleshunt D’Arcy, over the resevoir, Colchester, Manningtree, Ipswich. You do get a bit bogged down with speed limits round Mangintree, but its a great route up to the resevoir.

You’re near me so shout out if you want to ride that way sometime.
