Kendall van hire have always been the cheapest for me, they have a compound near south wimbledon tube and if you hire for fri/sat you can take the van back at any point on saturday night, or even early on sunday morning as long as it’s there for them in the morning. Might save you a few quid on sunday hire.
I’ve used Kendall before and they are pretty good. I had a short wheelbase transit van. If you are travelling with a couple of people it’s important to decide which A-Team characters you are all going to be before you get to the depot as arguing over this can delay your trip.
