dont use ther insurance there rubbish!!!
Yeah, I’m not sure I’d want to deal with a company who I couldn’t speak to on the phone.
Sort of important when it comes to insurance!
That’s a rubbish statement unless you qualify it.
I was with them for two years and not only did they offer me the best rate to insure an R1, but they also sent out documents next day, and emailed them so I could print them a few mins after taking out a policy.
When the bike got stolen earlier this year, they handled the claim quickly (you speak to people when making a claim which is the only time you really need to).
The bike was found so didn’t have to proceed with the claim in the end.
I’ve not had a problem with them, but your mileage may vary.
In that case, I stand corrected.
Were they helpful when you phoned them?
Like Afroman (hiya bud) I too use ebike for my insurance, Ive been with them for the last 4 yrs. Not only are they as cheap as chips, they give you the choice of monthly or yearly cover. And like teh man said everything is instant.
What more do you want? I can go on and on and on…
