My childhood doctor was called Dr Flew, a friend at school was Chris Moss, and the head of IT services at my University was Mike Roch 
The guy running the flight training school at Blackbushe airport in Surrey is called ‘Captain Islam’ - it’s not an unfortunate name and I’m sure he’s a top bloke - but it’s funny (in a dark way) in the context of 911. 
‘Mike Litoris’? I bet £100 that’s not his real name, but one he told the crew for a laugh.
