As a few of you know, i was working for a key holding company. the job was ok at first, but then cracks started to appear which sent alarm bells ringing…

The job entailed riding a CBf600 around london on a rota that was so diverse you couldn’t plan anything…and even on occasion you would
receive a phone call saying you were rosterd to be in as they had changed it 30 mins before…

The bikes themselves were deathtraps…never cleaned and dented / scuffed to hell as some never reported the damage for fear of paying out the £500 exess…
(yea…company bikes…and you pay the exsess…htfdtw?)

the company sees fit to shift x2 riders for alarm calls / patrols / accsess ect for the entire mass of London within the M25 (so your pretty much out all day) and then expect delivery
to anywere in london to be within 20 mins…(twats)

Wages are never right (one guy is owed thousands in overtime)

During the last winter we had, rider were sent out in -8 temps while they had enough smart cars parked in the garages doing nothing.
They wanted to save money and risk the riders lives…I was out in it…it was sheet ice on the roads for about 6 days…

When i developed pleurisy due to the conditions, i was looked down upon as a waste of time.

The company have a cco who ran a pizza delivery service and has no idea what he’s doing.

Hr cant handle the work load he has and looks like he’s about have a breakdown…

they have gone through operations staff like water…they just dissapear…!!!

Afro lasted 3 months and thought ‘fuuck this’’…and got the hell out…

one guy lasted 1 day…no training and they wanted him to go out on his own and deal with alarm systems…

One team leader is always talking about him doing his mrs up the arse ect…i’m cool with that but he’s a twat and i can’t talk to him for 5 mins without wanting to drag him out by his nostrils and punch him in the back of the head…

one supervisor cant speak a word of English…he reminds me of manwell from faulty towers…

I am so glad i have left that place but so gutted i left a lot of good hard working riders behind…some of them are the salt of the earth and i will miss them so…just fuucks me off knowing they will continue to be treated like dog sh1t long after ive left and companies like this can get away with it…

I feel like a million dollars…best ive felt in a year…so heres to the future!!!

Mare. Its takes courage and some cash in the bank to quit. Shame they cant all get out. But this company sounds like they should just be shut down.

iv seen loads of riders there… never to see them again after a month or 2… lol… Harley?.. some beardy dude who had a TLS?.. but at least i can start bending over again in the car park when im fixing my bike… rather than standing with my back to the wall… now your not around !! :pinch:

Of all the people I know that have worked there none of them have enjoyed it.

You need to look after yourself, you’re no used to Roo & the Mrs if you’re stressed, depressed or in a box!

Tough luck dude, but once a door closes another one opens and you have to go through shitty things to get to the good stuff. Chin up!

I wrote a gorgeous letter for the riders to sign, and had an agreement with management that they wouldn’t send you out in temperatures below 0.

You have to actually stick to it though :stuck_out_tongue:

Yeah but overall, **** company, can’t believe how many letters I wrote to that place trying to sort out problems caused by their own stupidity and poor management :slight_smile:
