I’ve got a 2007 Tiger and it stated that I would be subject to the charge. I wrote to them and supplied a scan of my V5 and got an email with a PDF attached to say that my bike did meet the emissions and wouldn’t be subject to charge. I didn’t have to get a copy of the Certificate of Conformity which was handy.
Tiger 1050’s meet euro 3 emissions so will be exempt
