Day one of ULEZ and has anyone noticed decline in emissions, traffic or older vehicles in the charge zone?

Bit quiet as Easter hols. Still parked up next to a chap on an 03 maxi scooter - surprised if that’s euro 3. Bugger all different otherwise. Asthma no different either, still fine. 
I need to ask a question if I fart as I drive into London will I get charged more

If it helps, the trains aren’t that empty these school holidays… Getting a seat still as tricky as before!
Seemed busier than last week when the kids were at school. Weird!
All the scrappy old NTVs, GS500s etc have now all gone and been replaced by nice, shiny new bikes. As - as far as I’m aware - no additional security has been provided at on-street bike parking areas, it seems likely this will be a boomtime for the bike thieves…

You missed the scrappy old 250 at Borough Market last Wednesday
Just found out my 750 2 stroke will not have to pay the ULEZ tax
It’s now classed as historical vechile
So no road tax no mot and no ULEZ
