Sorry to divert on the UFO theme, but Pavel, you mentioned about the water engine…
I designed a rotary engine using water, with electrolysis to seperate the hydrogen and oxygen. A dude invented some kind of electrolysis where it creates more power than it uses because he irritates the molecules first, meaning the take less power to seperate. Using this technology, you could have an amazing rotary engine, with the waste being water… ie, there wouldn’t be waste in effect because you could collect the water from the exhaust. You can’t use sea water though because the output would be poisenous.
I chose it to be a rotary enging and not the usual piston engine because it would be less energy loss than using a piston engine.
The first water engine was seen spotted running round a lake in the early 20century… it’s not new technology, but the oil companies put a lid on anyone who tried to take away the meaning of oil.
My old college teacher wouldn’t help me on the measurements for the engine because he was frightened what would happen if he was part of it. I thought he was joking at first, but actually he was quite serious.
