It’s really just an accompaniment to the book (which is just as vague) though.

+1…it gives you steps to practice and then move on to the next step and slowly you put all the pieces together and improve your riding…

Recommended albeit a little cheesy in some parts…

i prefer the vid to the book, easier tk understand, but your rigjt it has more cheese then the edam factory, and i want to punch the two actors in the face
