Finally got round to putting the twins on the bike …
All the wiring that used to be housed inside the stock headlight won’t go inside the twins, JZ has a clever answer to this … however, the ‘side lights’ aren’t working. Can’t find where to plug them in to
Do I need to used the old connector ?
how have ya plugged em in?
You should have existing connectors there to plug em str8 in.
All the spaghetti wiring can be cut away and minmised, i know a fellow that can do that for ya.
The only way I can explain it …
the connector with 3 prongs just plugged in fine, but the existing wiring that is there, brown and white have a black connector.
The 2 wires to the new side lights are just bare, only with like a gold contact.
So, do the brown and white wires have to come out of the black connector and how do I get them out and how do I put the new wires in ?

We talkin suzuki here??? Cut the black connector off, and use bulletclip connectors to join the wires together, I have done this to all of my bikes its a piece off cake.

Bullet type connectors or spade 1s will suffice. they are a male/female cannector that you scrimp onto your wires and connect, halfords sell em.

Ooops sorry bout the double post!!!
how you getting on with this GG??
you’d be better of using a crimp81a! thats a jelly crimp to you and me!, better protection from the elements!
or solder it and then use self amalgumating tape to close the joint! (not insulation tape!)
Good on you for having a go at fitting it yourself.
All sorted ! Thanx again guys
Good job, so wheres the pics?
I didn’t think it would warrant a pic … maybe when I’ve done the other bits n pieces I might post one up …
Well done GG
