MOTORCYCLE LEGEND TROY BAYLISS STOPS TRAFFIC FOR PUMA DUCATI FOOTWEAR & APPAREL
The fruits of PUMA’s collaboration with Ducati are now available in the UK and, to celebrate, 2006 Ducati Xerox World Superbike champion Troy Bayliss will stop London traffic! At 6.30pm on Wednesday 30th July 2008, 10 Ducati riders will set off from London’s Lexington Street and then park across Beak Street to create a blockade around the Carnaby Street entrance.

well that will make good publicity for motorcyclists. traffic is bad enough anyway so we dont need a bunch of muppets blocking roads.

They dont have to plan it anyway we all know 1 or 2 of em will break down, Lol

Is this on his way to or from Borough?;)

So I best get along and gate crash then eh.

Anything to get a free Choca-mochachino eh?;)

More your Al Pacino fella :stuck_out_tongue:

Posso offrirti da bere?

We’ll try and get them down to the Borough Market Meet afterwards!

Sorry mate, I haven’t seen your keys:D

volete guidare la mia moto?

You’re gonna get caught out when a real Italian puts you guys to shame.

Agreed. There’s the Unity ride doing the same

If they do breakdown, least they haven’t got far to push them, the start and finish points are only 495ft according to Google maps.

Well what a feeling, about 10 of us riding round and stopping traffic. What a noise, David Tardotzi and Michel Fabrizio behind me in the convoy, doing burnouts, well i was David and Michel just managed to completely burnout their clutches:w00t: Not sure why but Mark Webber (F1) was there also, and managed to get him to sit on my bike in the blockade. Amazing experience and so many cameras and press there, well worth the effort of trying to get there on time.

Hehe, it was hot, but fun  Nobody seemed to know what was going on, but we had a laugh. There was nowhere to park afterwards though so we carried onto BMM. Always a pleasure to see and hear bikes like this hoot around the West-End.

Lots of video cameras. I wonder if we’ll end up on Eurosport this weekend?

That’ll be you then PJ
