I’ve wanted a small-ish capacity Triumph scrambler/enduro for ages, looking forward to what this project leads to

I’m surprised that Triumph have never developed a modern Tiger Cub. Particularly with the Indian/Asian markets being the real growth area for motorcycle sales especially in the small-midrange capacity, even if they only marketed there.

You have to ask who’s engines will they be using
i doubt very much triumph have the manpower & budget for Engine development

I’d have expected them to enter into a joint project with one of the local companies in the same way that KTM did with Bajaj for the 390.

I expect them to take the 675 triple and remove the middle cylinder.
