Track Day @ Brands Hatch

Dear all, if anyone is interested I am considering organizing a evening track day event at Brands Hatch, just for a laugh and of course to improve our cornering skills and get that competitive edge satiified, for this reason all level of riders are welcome.

In an ideal world, it would be pukka if we all turned up on supermoto’s but there will be of course other sport bikes as we can’t afford to book the whole circuit just for our own purpose.

Anyway, I am sure we can have a good giggle and once everyone has got those corners sorted we can have a go at overtaking our sportbikes cousins in the bends before they see us off on the straights.

We are looking at a £55-£60 fee but the organizers (Focused Events) might well give us a group discount depending on the number of applicants. So if anyone fancies doing this please put your name down and let me know so I can haggle with Focus Events.

Jay, get your bike sorted out please and see if it is possible to have some “london.bikers.com” banners ready for the event. (mid june - beg july)

Cheers

I’d be up for this depending on dates and what the noise restrictions are

If it fits in with everything else sounds like a laugh to me. SV against Supermotos, bring it on.

Yes Chuff’s pls see if you can bring in some mates too, and if you can give me a call in the near future i would like to know if you know some other event organizer better that Focus Ev… and i can’t say i like them much.

Thanks

Theres not much wrong with focussed mate, never had an issue with them myself and B from here is an instructor for them. You also have No Limits, they do track days as well as HotTrax. There are more comps but I suggest you are careful who you book with as a few went under last year. Don’t see you getting much of a discount if any, the summer months usually sell out and quite fast.

CaptMoto, speak to Cezar, he has something planned on the trackday front already, so can help you straight away. I’m not taking my DRZ on the track, lol, it’s got knobblies on! Would take the fire-breathing k5 though.

Ladies… like Chuff’s righlty said we need to book in advance, so those interested in losing their chicken strips please book yesterday!! thank you very much kind Sir & Madam.

Yo!!! before u wonder there is nothing in it for me, I book the date & names you individually pay for the deposit and balance on the day.

Clear as water

go on, go on, go on, johnny you too, you big girl’s blouse!! lol

I might be up for a Track day on my bike to show it too has “flickability” when required.

If you are planning on doing a trackday Capt you would do well to remove those ghey spikes from your mudguard as bikes are checked over for safety and they might not like them…

I think tbh its pretty cert the “ghey spikes” would never be allowed. They are not even legal for road use so I doubt very much if they are going to be allowed on the track…

Clever clogs will get no brownie points by pointing the obvious!!

I know very well what is, and not allowed on the track day, I have a spare mudguard anyway so please don’t sweat worrying over my own concerns.

Thank you for pointing out something I already knew anyway.

live happily ever after
