Where do track bikes get sold? I’ve got a written-off (beyond economic repair) 2008 GSX-R 750 in storage I could turn into a track-bike and sell. It’s only got 8k miles on the clock, but is standard other than that. I’d have to throw on some race bodywork, a race sub-frame and some new discs and it’d be ready to go.
I had a quick look on eBay but didn’t see much.
I think you could probably sell it as a track bike project, therefore not doing anything to it yourself. Race bikes turn up on Ebay.
E2A just put “track bike” into ebay and got 7 pages of results.
Try motoforum, there’s always trackbikes for sale on there. Failing that Throttle monkeys is always worth a look.

I met these guys a while back in Coleford, on Wales/England border - probably a bit far away for you though?
They seem to specialise in doing up insurance “write-offs” etc as track bikes.

i just drove up to grimsby to buy 1 i found on ebay… & pistonheads has a race bike section with about 30 tack bikes listed for sale
