Aye, it’s taking me ten minutes to get changed out of my bike gear at work each morning, for a two mile ride!
Same here! Hate it
Im out in it all day on a bike at work, takes me hours to get warm when i get home 
When I despatched for a living thru winter 91, my knee caps would still be stone cold the morning after a night under a big thick duvet.
My partner would have a right go at me for trying to warm them up by cuddling her.
I Could never ever get warmed up.
Since then I don’t ride if it’s less than 10deg. Even now during the summer months the temp can still drop enuogh out this way to put a chill thru ya.
