I agree… the best Top Gear so far… :w00t:

God that was hysterical

I reckon they should do a Top Gear for bikes with Hammond presenting and some motoGP guy doing ‘Stig’… Q

Was a classic.

Oops. Missed this episode too!

Ahem, less of the plum, i’d actually forgotten that i’d remembered to SKY+ it !!! Or is that more of a plum

Got to wait until tomorrow :frowning: Flying Finn had the controls so I had to Sky + it and watch bloomin Poirot :Whistling:

ok… your out of jail on this one bud:P thank god for sky plus:D:D

Best thing on tv the whole of chrimbo were’nt it:D oh and sooo nice to see clarky on a scooter:w00t:

And he got road rash!

Don’t spoil it! I’ve not watched it yet, it’s been recorded because Mrs Johnse1 wanted to watch some loony on Animal Planet who trains dogs…

Couldn’t give a toss about that fool.

Who? The loony who trains dogs ??

watch it on iplayer:P

I thought it was great, definitely the most enjoyable Top Gear I have seen to date (what biker wouldn’t think that, though).

Made me want to go to Vietnam and ride a motorcycle around there, something a bit bigger than a scooter though!!

What made my evening was seeing James Martin riding his Bugatti in the Italian Miglia event and breaking down comprehensively after only 200 miles!!

He had just had his engine completely rebuilt as well, no expense spared

eezyrida Bolt “Have I got news for you” (Clarkson as host presenter) after the Mille Miglia programme and you’ve got the best TV rot two and a half hours for a while.

Loved the Vietnam/Top Gear thing. Clarkson was almost a convert to two wheels. Only the great public school oaf bigotry got in the way.

What a great looking country and what nice people.

Brilliant show last night, one of the best if not the best.

Top Gear usually irritates slightly because it is so obviously and badly contrived – but last night’s was superb, it had me chuckling all the way through!

I started watching the James Martin programme but soon realised everyone around him is really quite nice and he is a complete idiot who should stick to Saturday morning cooking. He might be a lovely chap in real life but he came across as a patronising bore. It was so bad I had to switch off!

Just watched this on the BBC iPlayer, absolutely brilliant, very funny and I’ve decided I want to go NOW!! :w00t:

What an absolutely beautiful and awe inspiring country…

I’d love to do that trip although I’d probably go for a DR400 or the like, that Minsk of the Hamsters was brilliant!
