I did my first trackday today at Mallory Park. Chequered Flag Day with Focused Events - plenty of time on track, loads of instructors, a free hat, weather held out, oh, and seven times IOM TT winner Mick Grant sorted my suspension and didn’t even charge me. Who’d have thought fiddling with a little knob could reap such rewards (walked into that one). He said it’s all about making sure you’re pushing that contact patch into the road.
