Having a nice meal in The Sea Cow in East Dulwich tonight. A bit of biking with the lovely Baby Polar tomorrow afternoon - after a long long lie-in and maybe a circuit oif the gym, and then I’ll be down to Ryka’s for breakie Sunday AM while my other half does his CBT.
