Here we are 2 months on nearly, weighed in last night :smiley:

Here’s weight chart - i was focused on losing weight last year, lots of running and cardio. Then woke up and started weights (:w00t:) = almost +10KG body weight!! EEK!!! Will need to work on the fat % again at some point… This is using a set of scales available at work. The trends are what I’m looking for really. I’m burning almost 150cals extra per day living :smiley: the idea was to grow into my diet. I’m eating almost 3000cals per day over the last couple of months since i started counting… And been working the weights for the past 3 months.

5/3/1 rules! And seen some strength gains. 4 days a week in the gym still. Not much cardio, want to add some high intense stuff like hill-sprinting.
