It’s an Insta360 360 degree camera, it’s filming everywhere at once. You choose the edit you want afterwards, i.e. where your 90degrees is looking. It’s a cool feature, it means the Police can just drive and whatever happens they will capture. They could witness things on either side of them happen at the same time and produce two video clips showing each side if they wanted.
