He could start by filling some of the wheel swallowing potholes that run the full length of the ‘cycle superhighway’ that I ride to work on.
It’s not a bad idea in principle. The execution might be terrible though. The cycle super highways just look dangerous to me given thta traffic can drive accross them. In Holland there would be a kerb between the cycle path and the road to prevent this. Probably also to prevent all the stoners cycling into the traffic.
