Finally, I have but thirty minutes of purgatory left at work and then I will pick up hamster for a week end of biking fun. Tonight, we should be stripping down what remains of the fairing on my old girl, repairing rubbing down and priming.
Don’t be surprised if my old girl is grey on Sunday for the St G run.
Tomorrow, I will be buying a new pair of boots, damaged the zip on my current ones this morning, so gonna run up a little credit card bill buying replacements.
Can I ask as many members as possible to join me in conratulating hamster, she went for her pre DAS assessment with Freedom motorcycles and they were so impressed with the standard of her riding that they wanted to get her in for a test on the 4th May. Those of you who know her and or have met her will know she works in a school and that she was really nervous about this.
If you are out and about tonight, keep it shiny side up, sticky down. Will see loads of ya on Sunday, will need a hearty breakfast. Matt if ya beat me there get an extra 3 good seats.
Sorry Chufster, I was obviously gibbering. They were so impressed that they wanted to get her in for her test on the 4th, she cant make it (She works in a school) and being the nutty little rodent she is she has booked her bike test one day and then doing her car test the next. Mental I tell ya.
She won’t let me tell any on when, but I will tell everyone when she passes.
