as promised these are the details for the next event. from their page on fb.
''On April 1st (yes no fool) we will be taking to the roads in the city of London again.
For the RIDERS this time we have two routes planned. One starting from the Ace Café all bikes meeting from 7am onwards we need to set off at 9:30 and clear of the cafe bike/car park at 10. The other from Greenwich park, car park (Blackheath) leaving the park at 10. NONE RIDERS we have a plan for you too so keep reading.
Our routes will both be passing Parliament, and Tower bridge/City Hall. Not to mention all those nice tourist spots in between.
We have had requests for an option for those that for whatever reason preferred to be on foot for the protest. So we would like to have people on the ground, Riders or Rider supporters (see below) . We would spread groups along the route to provide leaflets, show banners to make people aware. At the November protest we gained lots of attention people taking photos and videos. However there was no one to explain why we are riding as we pass in all our glory. Riders are welcome to stick posters to their bikes etc. (we have some to print in our files section) Please ensure you keep your decorations legal. (Aggressive, abusive and swearing is not the image we want to show) Those that feel their bikes could do with a cool down there are motorcycle bays along the route if you wanted to join the others on foot.
We have created 3 events. One for each option, only reply to the option you plan to attend so that we can work on the numbers we see.
THE EXTRA IMPORTANT BITS
We would like it if you could all wear YELLOW high vis tops so that we are seen as all together. These do not need to be UKMTP ones from our shop if you already have these great. Just normal yellow high vis tops will do fine these are cheap and cheerful easy to pick up around town for a pound or two.
Stewards and medics will be wearing different colouring so that you know who to follow and who to go to for a plaster.
It is important that we are seen by the public as the complete opposite to recent ride outs seen in London. We come from all walks of life just like them and that we are not the ones who are the victims.
There will be
NO TIRE SPINS
ABSOLUTELY NO STUNTS OR ANTISOCIAL BEHAVIOUR….
ALL BIKES SHOULD BE ROAD LEGAL AND ALL BIKES MUST HAVE VISIBLE PLATES. (No show plates we do not want people getting tickets)
ALL RIDERS MUST BE WEARING A HELMET (SORRY IT’S THE LAW)
IF YOU ARE CAUGHT DOING ANY OF THE STUPID THINGS ABOVE YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN. ( oh and we will probably all call you a Prat under our lids)
There will be a police presence and that is a good thing. They are there to do their job protecting us and the public please leave them alone and do not start any trouble or shout abuse. (it’s just not cool and not their fault)
I think that is it.
We hope to see many of you there London locals and those that want to join from further afield.’’
