But on a whole a good day some very nice roads to ride on, would like to try them in the dry sometime, good to see so many people turn out even though the weather could have been better

And a big well done to puppy& co for all the hard work that they put in to it, and all the racing up and down puppy did trying to locate people stuck at random junctions and roundabouts!!!

Wow, a big thanks to every single person on the ride out today. This was my first ever ride out and it will be engraved in my memory forever! What a great crowd, especially thanks to all those involved with organising, map reading and catering. Thanks Neil for the medal and am looking forward to seeing the photos. MY ASS HURTS!!!

Arse is numb, Feet are killing me and my Bike looks like its been dipped in Cow Shit but I wouldnt have missed it for anything…

The crap weather, loosing my rear grip every five minutes and “pantsing it” large !! didnt matter…

Neil, The Flatster and Pup…Quality Work Fella,s some nice little touches there too, The Medals were a nice surprise,

The Point Working by the Flaster in the pissing of rain, Jelstar as the Wingman and The Pup for constant retrieval of the lost Troups !!..All good stuff…

Then the Blinding effort of the Good Lady Pup, how sweet was that mate…Impressive !!!

Big Shout to Jay and the Capo for the Camera work…(looking forward to seeing it)

Lastly, there wouldnt have been a ride if it wasnt for the people on it so a massive shout to all that turned up and put up with bad conditions to make it a day worth having…

Large !!!

Stay where you are Adam, I am on my way back to collect you.

May take a while, on my way to Southampton. What the hell one more today won’t hurt. he he he

AbbeyJ don’t leave your bike unattended at the petrol pumps, you never know who wants to nick it !!!

Gee how i miss my comfy bike!! riding on that MT-03 was like sitting on a plank for 200 odd miles, i am calling my massage girl as we speak (speak??) type lol. see you all after much due recovery, we all had a great time, thanks to all for organizing, Puppy, Neil and everyone there.

Video on the way just give me the time to gather my strenghts. yaaawwwwwwnnnn laterz

AbbyJ you ROCK! lol

I thought it was a particularly nice touch to decide to return home on the M40 with people on 125cc’s and L-plates. Very clever. Well, I had a nice, albeit lonely, ride back to London on the A40, but I would have felt a bit safer in a group, bearing in mind I had never ridden out of London before. But, then, perhaps this was just to be expected from people who couldn’t even be bothered to make sure the entire group was together and ready to go at Deep Mill Diner before leaving, causing all kinds of catch-up problems, I’m sure.

jelstar was at the back to the diner, cbr dan was the official gunner for the day, with his bird…

We all didn’t go via the M40, me CFC, TonUp, Flat and AbbeyJ went via the A40 for that sole reason Paivi…we made sure we asked everyone was ok to ride back and which routes they prefered…as for people leaving you at the first meeting point sorry can’t help I was too far in front.

Maybe if you asked, people would have offered to ride with you ??

There was a group that rode shotgun along the A40 Paivi,

I know for a fact that Flatster nominated himself for a slow ride back…on R1 !!!..

No mean feat…you must have missed his talk in the Car Park at the “Eat Point”.

It was a fun day. My bike has the battle scars to prove it.

Thanks to everyone who turned up.

Now…eBay…search…Thundercat parts

Im pleased you got back on mate…a few bike dings can be sorted…stay safe.

I did ask, got “M40” as a reply.

Oh well, lesson learnt.

no hard feelings, matey glad its only body scares for the bike, and your unhurt and you could still ride home
