Sunset? What sunset? Meet the midnight sun!
Storm clouds in the East as the sun sets in the West…pretty typical Spring weather in Kansas.

Very nice, Gregman! Small moon, eh?
That was a crazy afternoon/evening…that storm was quite violent…a lot of wind…big hail…thankfully, no tornadoes…but it was gorgeous to look at after it had blown off to the east.
I REALLY need a quality digital camera…the little point and shoot Nikon I have now is a piece and I’m far too lazy to ever return to 35mm film and my Olympus.
Do you shoot the Nikon D70? If so, are you satisfied with it? Would you recommend it?
Yes Gregman, I use the Nikon D70 for all my photography. It’s a great camera and I’d have no hesitation in recommending it. There’s a new D70s model as well, which might be worth looking into. A great site for reading up on these cameras, and the differences between them is: http://www.dpreview.com
Got loads of those Ibiza photos from the summer in Cafe Mambo and Cafe Del Mar. Ah what a week that was
cough Canon splutter D350 ahem.
I shall side with Jay. I bought a Nikon D70 a few months back. Its had the D70S software uploaded to it. When I can actually use it, I have the problem of the other half thinking that its hers, its a wonderful camera. Lens selection is all important though, and thats whatever camera you get.
I’m sorry, mebbe I wasn’t clear enough…

My parents are still using their ancient Canon from the late 1970s. Alas, my Canon (2001) lasted just over a year, so I’m sticking to Olympus. But then, I don’t take fancy photos, I haven’t even managed to take a photo of my bike yet!
Nikon D100 and Leica M6 TTL for me,although I am looking to change the D100 for the D200 about to come out.
I still take crap 'photos but at least I know it me and not the equipment. I have a great collection of 'photos of my wife with a tree or flower pot apparently balanced on her head
