I remember that. What an odd-ball.
BMW do like their odd balls. Remember the scarcer?
I find the orange the most offensive thing about that one.
This might be easier for BMW after all.
I think thatâll be reflected across lots of industries. It doesnât feel like the ârightâ time to buy anything at the moment, except for food and whatever is in the middle of LidlâŚIn my case a Karcher, well I didnât go looking for it, it came to me so I suppose thatâs alright.
The meat of the article is interesting:
âseven-year decline totalling 22%â and âallen a further 18% during the first quarter of 2020 compared with the same period in 2019, a figure represented by profits sliding from $128m to $70m (45%)â
In the US Covid19 didnât really hit until mid March. So thatâs only a fraction of the 1st quarter. 2nd Quarter it is really going to hit hard. Wonder how they will cope, the brand is suffering, they have reliability and production issues, falling sales, falling profits.
They also recently fired the CEO who was responsible for them actually diversifying to other markets to save the brand. Idiots. https://www.asphaltandrubber.com/news/ceo-matt-levatich-harley-davidson/
