The bike that wont die...

Got to work on the old NTV today:

– Shifter: took a crowbar, bent it back, good as new
– Handlebars: good I didn’t get bar end weights: Stuck a 2 foot piece of steel in the end, put the steering all the way over, propped one foot against the tank and arrggggghhh!!! bent it back. Straight again. There ya go mate.
– Clutch lever: taped over the end, screw it, I only use two fingers anyway.
– Mirror: took off the bottom bit and screwed it back it. It’s half an inch shorter than the other side but who cares. I don’t.
– Scrape on the tank: duct taped over it until I can get some matt black paint.

So… she’s rideable again. And broken shoulder or not, I’m fit enough to ride it… so there, it beats taking the bus

Because I’m new (ish) I’ve gotta ask…

What is the make of this bike that you can throw on a corner a fix in a jiffy??

Sorry I can;t tell from the pic - a naked something?

It’s a Honda NTV – the Sherman tank of motorcycling.

Everybody should have one, they are indestructible.

Ahhh , built like a

Indestructable!!
