Terminator multi-terrain\run

Ok call me crazy but i have been training for a multi-terrain / cross country run.

It takes place on Sunday 25th in pewsey vale, Wiltshire. It is known to be the hardest cross country in that area, and this will be my 4th time.

Each time i have done the run i have given myself more time to train, and made it harder so its not such a shock to the system. The run consists of -wet soggy towpaths of the Kennet and Avon canal, skipping across waterlogged farm land (trying to miss the electric fences) where you are then greeted with a sarcastic sign saying ‘Warm up over guys!’. You then proceed towards places called :

The Gully, The coombe, Dodge ****ty, The terminator hill, The sting in the tale, and the shoe wash, the names will never give you a true insight to the hell you go through. But believe me it leaves you freezing cold, soaking wet and extremely ****ed!

I hear you ’ why am i doing it? well i am raising money for cancer research ofr personal reasons and i would really appreciate any sponsors you can give. So please please please sponsor me

Ok your Crazy,… let me understand this is done on foot with out a bike, why?

The only thing i can suggest is bringing any sponsors down to the Brazen, im expecting my sponsor form any time.

Groovy will do :slight_smile: What’s the charities name? You may be able to set up a Just Giving page if they’re on it… http://justgiving.com - we’ve done it for Russia and it works really well.

Cancer research uk, yes i did see that they did a just giving page but was not sure how to do that, and how it works?

ahh yes it’s there - it’s soooo easy - go here

and click on Raise Money for This Charity (orange button on right hand side)

Then it’ll walk you through building the page… it’s dead easy… any problems give me a shout and I’ll give you a hand.
