Telling the insurance companies

Just after some advice please.

Have had a bit of work done to the bike , PC3 , Quickshifter , New cans , and other mainly cosmetic stuff ( levers , grips , bars, risers , belly pan , rad scoops , tail tidy , mirrors , hugger ) and was thinking how much I need to tell my insurance company.

Obviously only some of it will make a improvement to the bike , but what about the other stuff !

I know I risk voided insurance in the event of a claim ( is that tru ?? )

Thanks for help in advance ,

Performance is only one thing. If your modifications could make the bike more attractive to a thief, you must tell them or they will argue that you had not declared everything that could affect your premium.

tell them any mods that arnt supplied with the bike as standard or your find yourself in big trouble if your involved in an accident

Cheers peeps , think i had better make a call !

I could see my £99 fully comp insurance gain a few more digits !

Gave em a call , no change for cans or quickshifter or any or the cosmectic stuff.

The PC3 pushes it up by £500 , but as Im only paying £99 for the year anyways you think thats a no brainer ?
