I think there is a bit of delay on supply from the US. I had to wait a couple of weeks for the order to come in

I have no problem with waiting if they would specify that online :confused: when you pay extra for 1st class delivery u expect fist class :slight_smile:
Anyway money paid all I can do is wait :slight_smile:

They are a great product. I think you’ll be pleased with them. Much nicer than the bath mats.

All right, got my Snake skins this week. Yep its been almost a month since I have ordered them. First - it is great product, its so much easier to lock in position now. Been just on one ride so far but really pleased with them. Will have to see in a long run. Application was easier than I thought at first. If you are thinking is it worth getting those, the answer is - YES.

Back to my story. I have order them from speedycom. They are apparently the only distributor in UK. I have gone for snake skins which were in stock at the moment of order. After choosing 1st class delivery at checkout all I had to do was wait. After 4 business days have passed(no delivery yet) I gave them a call to find out the situation with my parcel. I have been told that it was dispatched and I have to wait, there is nothing they can do. 1st class takes 1-2days. Anyway couple days later I give them a call again, saying I haven’t received the item yet, in reply I get they can file for lost item only after 2weeks, no mention of sending another one. (other companies will send you replacement straight away). Tracking number was showing that item wasnt delivered and thats it. Later I was gone for almost a week on business trip. Nothing from them not even an email. Initially after my come back I give them a call AGAIN, and lovely lady by the name of Erika picks up. Helped me to resolve my problem, and I got replacement in mail in couple of days. Very thankful for her help. Im not saying this company is bad business but customer service (except Erika) can definitely be much better. I know its my individual case but hey **** can happen. (apparently).

Got mine (ZX6R and M600) in under a week from speedycom, I got the C3 ones. they seem to work well. I’ve not had a chance to exploit them properly in anger, but with a pillion they definitely help. Much more on the sports bike than the upright.

I’ve worked officially with Speedycom before here including the aforementioned techspec pads and while the poor delivery schedule/updating was disappointing to hear about I don’t think it’s representative of their service.

They struck me as being very upfront and passionate about their bikes and products, and not just a ‘take your money and not give a rats ass’ kinda show.

Anyone else had any experiences here?
