Hi one and all…
Just had a thought… Thursday nights seems to be a bit of a wash out for bike meets… Since we all head out to various places on a Wednesday night like the Cubana Bar for example. Just thought we could start a bike meet at the tea hut on Blackheath on a Thursday night. I know the tea hut would love the custom. Any thoughts on this ?
We use that Tea hut at work all the time.
Am always seeing bikes there. Could be a good place to meet up for a chin wag.
Blackheath…big open space with very few posh knobs with property prices to moan about in the vicinty…tea hut…(reads like a Greasy Spooner to me…

Apparently there are regualr big meets at the Tea Hut on Wednesday and Friday already.
I did however meet an old fella called Graham with a Suzuki 750. Nice bloke and very into bikes!

ive been once on bike, and once in car, in fact turned up in car one night by complete coincidence, wasnt really accepted as i was on four wheels, but as with all these things its clicky, until u start going regularly/meeting people etc.
i was very impressed, lots of open space, lots of grass to laze around on, not near houses however its on quite a busy road.
was a bitch to find though, like i said it was accident, id prob get lost if i was intentially trying to find it!
I think its a great idea to try and have something eg on the thursday, cause it means peope who maybe have to work wed or friday, or have some other regular event cant make it, and are getting left out.
least this way, you know theres always something on somewhere.
and Londonbikers is big enough now, that if its set up as a proper meet, eventually therell always be someone there.
so we got Ace in north west, cubana in central, blackheath in south east, then theres also High Beech in north east…
Bikes have been meeting at Blackheath tea hut for many a year and you will find them most nights of the week,its usually a starting point then off to chelsea bridge,im up for that, two minutes down the road from me also

we go there nearly every night. nice place , great food when dan is on.
Can I second joezx12r. I didn’t get dan cooking for me, but the bacon egg and cheese baguette for just £2.30 was hot fresh and tasty…not some rank rubbish! Yum 
Yeah might be up for this, thursdays are good for me unlike wednesdays.
