Know folks have mixed experiences about them, but sad to see this news Hundreds of jobs at risk as SuperBike Factory runs out of road
I avoided them when I bought my last bike but more through a preference to use a small local dealer than any particular objection to them as a company.
The article seemed to suggest possible dodgy business practices in the past, or is that more of an industry issue generally?
Seems like they are still operating but I doubt anyone who knows the news will be buying from them now
I’m guessing the administrator will want to shift as much stock as possible to payoff themselves and creditors.
Apparently staff were sent home & the locks were changed on the shops yesterday.
Tis a bad time. Widow of my friend sold one of his bikes to them recently, it’s still marked as due pickup.
Goodness knows how many other people are in that position having placed deposits. Also there’s the side that sold new bike kit, all that inventory will need to go somewhere.
From what I’ve heard they weren’t a nice company though.
