OK, it`s definately on for this Sunday, checked the weather and all is good.

Beautiful scenery, lovely roads and an opportunity to commune with your ancestors.

Leaving the Ace at 10am. Bit of a thrash down the M3 then Winchester, Salisbury, Stonehenge, Salisbury Plain, Devises, Avebury, Marlborough, Hungerford, gorgeous road to Wantage, Goring, Henley on Thames and back to the Ace.

Is this a fast one? Are we sticking to the speed limits? Can anyone come?

Yes to the last one, can`t comment on the other two.

The “offsiding rule” will be strictly observed.

Hope everyone who wanted to come last week can make it this Sunday, see you there (unless you are at Brands watching the racing,or Brightona- join us next time)

Agree with Chunks - I’d have been well up for this if it was on sat! I fancy brands this sunday, last race of the season and all, but I may take a wander out that way on saturday instead - I’ve never been to stone henge…

To be honest Stonehenge isn’t the best bit - Avebury is, but the roads around both are lovely.

I was out on the bike late last night…beautiful when it’s dry and the roads aren’t so busy/ dodge your way though fast. I know it’s friday… but still have no idea if I’m north or south this weekend… I think South… that is where the sun is:-)

Weather looks good for tomorrow, a few degrees cooler than today with sun shining through in the afternoon and NO RAIN!:cool:
