Why is it men moan at US for “filling every space with something”…and yet…when youve finally found a place for everything and MADE the damn room…THEY go ahead and bang it out with sports bag, trainers,books,workgear…AND walk up my new stair carpet with bloody work boots on !!! :w00t:
Talking of the stair carpet? its red yeh…(when i got it i asked for Wine but when it came it was “xmas red” as they call it…and the fitter was there to lay it so i had no choice, saying that, it looks ok)…anyway…so theres me with tin of white paint? phone goes, i put said tin on windowsill on stairway window? …hear a faint “thunk” and think “what was that? oh well, i dunno”…goes back to phone convo…that finished, goes back upstairs to finish painting ceiling…OH …MY…GOD !!!
All over the top of the stairs is this white,thick stuff (and we aint talking porno here either!) and im thinking…damn,sh*t,sod it,crap,oh hell…(you get my drift)…i ended up spending nearly ALL day, trying to get white paint out of a brand new RED carpet !!!
BUT I DID IT !!! AND IT DOESNT SHOW …PHEW AND BLOODY PHEW !!!
