ooh a long time Andy, had the pre-op for the first wrist job yesterday, operation on the 22 july. I am of the crutches now and its coming along nicely.

BIONIC oh yes baby I will be they can rebuild me, apparently. got to have both wrists cut about though. bikes are squeaky clean and put away for a long time I guess.
