Japanese style hot smoked salmon with enoki mushrooms,

spring onion and soy sauce

Asparagus wrapped in proscuito ham and filo pastry,

creamed wild mushrooms and truffle oil *

MAIN COURSEBlackened fillet of cod with chorizo vegetable tower,

red wine reduction and basil oil *

Maize-fed breast of chicken, parmesan potato,

roasted aubergine and tomato, port jus

Roast rack of English lamb with a herb crust, gratin dauphinoise potato,

Meaux mustard sauce *


Caramel dessert plate:

Hot sticky toffee pudding, caramel opera, banana banoffie pie

and toffee ice cream

Greek yoghurt delice with raspberry coulis

Dark chocolate and amaretto torte with a marzipan sauce*


Thai chicken broth, coriander and prawn dumpling

Smoked haddock chowder

Creamed wild mushroom flavoured with truffle oil

Cannellini bean soup with chorizo and pesto*

Celeriac and truffle soup with chives


Home-made papadelle pasta with porcini mushrooms, asparagus, peas,

broad beans, shaved parmesan and truffle oil

Portabello mushroom, spinach and goat’s cheese wellington with warm

tomato and tarragon vinaigrette

Roast sweet potato and chestnut crumble, pan-fried bok choy

with lime butter sauce*

Aubergine, spinach and lentil moussaka, confit of potato,

red wine and shallot sauce

Roast pumpkin and amaretto open ravioli with gruyere cheese sauce
