Coming home along the A3 tonight, following a Renault traffic van and suddenly the van swerves and brakes madly, i had to slam the anchors on, narrowly avoiding a collision… turns out the bloody ladders from the van in front of the renault had fallen off and were flying towards us at 70mph…
SO message to the twatish van driver: strap your ladders on properly!
thanks to the VFR rider behind that also stopped and threw the ladders in the hedge…
Bloody hell! Don’t suppose you got the van’s index? Insecure/dangerous load could mean points for the driver. This sort of thing is happening more & more, and needs cracking down on
ooh eck no i didnt, i wish i had of, it happened so damn quickley i didnt have time to note it. i was flippin lucky thats all i can say… im beggining to hate riding day in day out now.
And that you didn’t have to post a story about an accident/injury. I’ve been wondering if my parents/family/certain friends have taken to posting bad news on here to make me doubt my desire to ride my bike!
(Anyway its not working all that well :hehe:)
