This has to be a candidate for “Dumb ar$e question of the year” but here goes…
I’ve bought some sexy Renthal bars and a Renthal brace.
I can see that I have to feed he two brace brackets onto the bars first but they get stuck on the bends of the bars. I don’t want to force them for fear of spoiling the finish on the bars.
Am I missing something here?

are you talking about the cross bar on the handle bars if so you can undo the alankeys then put screw driver in the opening and you can prise them a part. but just a touch.should be able to slip bars on…:

Yes its the cross brace I’m on about.
I didn’t want to force them in case I buggered up the finish.
Wish these ones bolted together
